Farewell to Japanese Devision Teachers

Last week, we bid farewell to our beloved teachers from the Japanese Division and one of our dedicated Learning Support teachers. Deputy Principal Mr. Otsuki, Music Teacher Mr. Tsuboi, and High School teacher Ms. Inoue returned to Japan, while Support Teacher Ms. Hitomi completed her services at SJIS. Our students conveyed heartfelt gratitude by singing the school-wide chorus “Our Treasure SUKI,” and parting ways with smiles and high-fives.

A big thank you to our teachers for their unwavering dedication and hard work. Wishing you all continued success in your future endeavors. All the best!

Name

The Sydney Japanese International School acknowledges the Garigal people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which our school is located. We pay our respects to their ancestors and descendants who continue cultural and spiritual connections to Country. We recognise that these lands have always been places of teaching, learning and storytelling. May the spirit of the Garigal people always be present with us under the shade of the beautiful trees across our campus, when we hear the sounds of nature and feel the sun and ocean breeze on our skin, and as we grow, play, learn and connect.
